Postimages.Org is what I use.

When I try to sign up I get a '403 error' massage. ?????

I’ve never actually signed up for the site. It just lets me post the photos I wanted to post.

Where do you have them?  I use Imgur.  They can't just be on your computer or phone.   You need to use a hosting site.

Then copy the direct link to the picture, open a new reply and click on the little picture that looks like a picture or a TV screen then paste the link you copied in the space for URL.  Your pic should show up, then click on post reply.

Just curious, why doesn't it work when the photos are on my phone and the computer? I've never heard of this before.

Some forums let you upload them directly to the site, some don't so you have to upload it via 3rd party website. It's how it is.

Yeah, it's pretty basic. For me it's always been fine, and stable, but I do all my image editing beforehand with Paint Shop Pro from Corel.

If two stepping isn't as problem, there are a lot of free image editors out there.

ETA: Funny, but I read "does have" from your post as "doesn't have." Weird how the mind works.
