In the show Zombieverse, I'm confused as to why the two who were bitten episodes before are barely changing while the one who was bit only hours ago has already fully transitioned.

I swing my light sabre at my Jedi rival's head and they predictably block it.
Why can't I turn it of for a micro second, avoid the block and decapitate them?
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.
