Reasons for God
RE: Reasons for God
I agree with all if the first 3 points (except the misspelling of "existence" as "existance")...

Then the 4th point I think "Whaaa? How the fuck did you get there? What a total non sequitur."

This presupposes the anthro-centric notion that our understanding of (cause/effect) reality is complete, sans limitation. I believe it was Hume who challenged this a priori assumption.

Sir or madam, I believe our friend solarwave is long gone. In case you're unaware, you've necro-posted in a thread that's nearly seven years old. Seven years!
That's the same amount of time Brad Pitt was in Tibet!

You can always start on new thread on this topic, and make it your very own if you wish.
Just a friendly suggestion. Smile

Your reply was to a Necro'd thread.  The post before yours was dated 2009.

RE: Reasons for God
Hate to break it to you, but your "God" is simply a copy and paste of other cultures "Gods". Look it up. You would be surprised to find how many other cultures had similar ideas. The whole idea of God was to control others. Maybe Jesus himself was a good man, but his followers were a little bit crazy.

Jesus Christ, where'd you find this dinosaur of a thread?
