Disrespect? That's fine.

Give us a reason to respect religion and I might just worry in future about disrespecting it.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Sorry G-C. Your religion STOLE the concept from the pagans. It is all about the return of the sun...nothing more. Joyous equinox to you

By that I mean the whole going to church and giving thanks thing. In my experience, and I know this is far from unique or even unusual, all these 'holy' days are just days when we exchange themed gifts, wish each other well and perhaps eat more than usual. Beyond that, any religious element is an extremely optional extra.

You should go to church for awhile and see who the regular goers are, then go at Christmas and Easter and see how they respond to the occasions.

I went to church once. Then I spotted the lightning conductor nailed to the outside, not to mention all the fire extinguishers inside, and I reckoned that showed a definite lack of the very faith they were trying to sell to me so I left. This may or may not be a true record of events but then you seem to like that sort of thing.

I recommend you check out the bio on my profile, along with my sig line. Besides which, what part of "Nihil curo de ista tua stulta superstitione" do you not understand?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Hahahah, hi there, local fundamentalist, I'm here to say something.

Christ did not get resurrected. There is no evidence other than the bible and the bible is hearsay compiled together 200 years after its initial writings, with no historian recording such an event at any point in that history. Stop your lies, they are more disrespectful than anything we could ever say.

By the way; Friedrich Neitze is dead. Guess who else is dead? Jesus Christ. Relevance? None, just like your signature.

Well, I love easter because it's the only time of year Cadbury Creme Eggs are in the supermarkets.

Sickly sweetness, oh yeah! Hungry

You have freewill do as you please, just know there will be a payday for all.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

All are dead who are not found in Christ.

Christianity stole Easter, why hasn't anyone asked for us to return it. Easter is not about the solar equinox. Easter is determined by the Passover which is based on a lunar calender.

Getting a bit preachy there, GC.
