No the bible does not specificly state "God hates homos." But it is easily implied and concluded from the condemnation he gives concerning homosexuality.

For you folks to state otherwise is being dishonest.

(Sidenote concerning that sig of tack's, I find it inconceivable that bishop, and by extension Tack for quoting it, that either one actually read the bible and can deny the hatred, violence and judgment brought forth by the main characters.)
I used to tell a lot of religious jokes. Not any more, I'm a registered sects offender.
