Buy some loose tea leaves and an infuser (teaball). Fill half the teaball with loose tea. Add a pinch of ground ginger and four drops of peppermint oil (not extract). Be careful that the oil you buy is safe for consumption.
Steep in hot water. Flavor your tea to taste.
Also, keep peppermints handy. They work wonders.
I do have peppermint on hand but I didn't think about getting oil for tea nor ground ginger. I will have to try that. Thank you
