How do you 'know' that this God you are familiar with is omniscient?

I haven't found Him lacking in any knowledge, and the One who created the universe must be all knowing to accomplish such a thing especially speaking it into existence.

Good in itself is just a word without defining properties. In your example the lack of good without it's properties would make your statement true. In the case of rape you posed, the lack of "respect" would be the good that's missing. Good and evil are actions of some kind and are opposed to each other, the action of good is the opposite of evil.

Is rape really the opposite of respect? That seems like a forced antonymy. There are a lot of things lacking in the rapist, but the defining feature of the rapist is their willingness to commit such a heinous act. This is not a deficit but a surplus. I know you're taught this 'evil is the lack of good' line, but it quite frankly doesn't make any sense. Nor does it resolve what is the nature of neutral actors. They lack good, so are they evil? Nonsense.

Many things could be the opposite of respect, if the man respects the woman there's no way he's going to rape her. Any person who has respect for another has an allies on there side to keep them from committing crimes against another.
I used respect because it is something that exists through learning about others and it encompasses many other things that could have been mentioned.
I'm not sure you understood my position on the lack of good or the lack of evil. Good and evil are just words, they both need actions to define them and those action will be opposed to each other. When God said at the end of each day of creation, "it is very good," He was speaking of His action of creation, He was enjoying all that He had done. It wasn't because there was no evil action, because up to that point only God would have known what evil really was, evil did not even exist it wasn't even a concept because nothing in creation had any idea of what it was or that it could exist.
If one believes that evil is the lack of good then the opposite would have to be true and like I stated above God called the creation good because He created it perfectly, not because there was no evil.

Jesus was a liar or not one person in the history of humanity has ever really believed in Jesus because no one has ever done what he said a true believer who does not have any doubts about him can easily do.
